All paid subscription plans (Pro and Business) come with a 14-day free trial. During this trial period:

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you wish to avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Marketplace transactions (outsourced tasks) are handled separately from subscriptions. Refunds for marketplace transactions are subject to different terms:
