4. Marketplace Services & Fulfillment

When you outsource tasks through our marketplace (when available), the following applies:

4.1 Digital Tasks

For digital tasks (design, development, content creation, etc.):

  • Delivery is digital and instant upon completion
  • Work is delivered through our platform or agreed-upon channels
  • No physical shipping is involved
  • Delivery timelines are agreed upon between you and the service provider

4.2 Field Tasks

For field tasks (on-site services, installations, etc.):

  • Service is performed at your specified location
  • No physical products are shipped by Papayyya
  • Any materials or products required are the responsibility of the service provider
  • Service completion timelines are agreed upon between you and the service provider

5. How to Access Your Services

All Papayyya services are accessed through:

  • Web Application: Access via your web browser at app.papayyya.com (or your domain)
  • Mobile Browser: Optimized for mobile devices - no app download required
  • Email Notifications: Receive updates and notifications via email

No physical delivery, installation, or setup is required. Simply log in to your account to access all features.

6. Geographic Availability

Papayyya is a cloud-based platform accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Our services are available globally, with no geographic restrictions or shipping limitations.

However, certain features may be subject to local regulations and payment method availability in your region.

7. Service Updates & New Features

When you use our marketplace to outsource tasks, service providers are independent contractors. Any physical products or materials required for their services are:

  • Handled directly between you and the service provider
  • Not shipped or delivered by Papayyya
  • Subject to the service provider's own shipping and delivery policies

Papayyya acts as a platform connecting you with service providers but is not responsible for physical shipping or delivery of materials.
